Van Pratt & Company evolved from our love of fine homes, custom design and unique architecture. Monte has over 20 years experience as a structural engineer in housing and construction fields. Kathi has the same tenure in the customer service and project management field.

After years of working in the corporate world of building, and seeing how impersonal large companies can be, we decided to take our small company to a new level. Our desire was to be a Home Building Solution company that offered premium handcrafted solutions for home interiors, and home packages that fit clients' needs and budgets.

We wanted to offer clients a choice in their homes – the ability to build their house they want within the budget they have, to have a building team that worked with them. We wanted to have a sense of pride in what we do.

Our Owner/Builder Program offers you the opportunity to participate as much or as little as you want. We do the rest! We offer services from design through complete turnkey construction. Financing is available to qualified clients. Our quotations are itemized so you see where your money is going.
